By accessing our Site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this Site or purchase products from TrendFlux.

3. Eligibility

To use this Site or purchase products, you represent and warrant that:

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Because TrendFlux operates as a dropshipping retailer, inventory is supplied by third-party fulfillment partners.

Accordingly:

  • Products may become unavailable without notice.
  • Inventory displayed on the Site may not always reflect real-time supplier inventory.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
  • We may substitute packaging or product presentation when the underlying product remains materially the same.
  • Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the delivered product.

Product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and specifications are provided as accurately as reasonably possible but are not guaranteed to be error-free.

6. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing mistakes.
  • Modify prices without notice.
  • Cancel orders resulting from obvious pricing errors.
  • Offer promotions with limited availability.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

7. Payment

TrendFlux accepts payment methods made available through Shopify Checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • Payment information is accurate.
  • Sufficient funds are available.

Orders may be canceled if payment authorization fails.

8. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within one (1) business day after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times do not include:

  • weekends,
  • federal holidays,
  • carrier delays,
  • customs inspections (if applicable),
  • weather events,
  • supplier inventory delays,
  • other events beyond our reasonable control.

Orders cannot always be modified after processing begins.

9. Shipping

TrendFlux currently ships only within the United States.

Orders may be delivered using one or more of the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL Express
  • DHL eCommerce

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Risk of loss generally passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TrendFlux is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

10. Dropshipping Disclosure

TrendFlux fulfills many products through third-party suppliers and logistics partners.

As a result:

  • Products may ship from different fulfillment locations.
  • Multiple items in one order may arrive separately.
  • Packaging may not display the TrendFlux name.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability.

TrendFlux remains your point of contact for customer service, returns (subject to our Return Policy), and order support.

11. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site or to facilitate purchases.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Promptly update your information if it changes.
  • Notify TrendFlux immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from TrendFlux, except as permitted by applicable law.

16. User Reviews and Content

Customers may submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, suggestions, or other content ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant TrendFlux a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with our business.

You represent that:

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supplier operations, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TrendFlux will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving fulfillment issues but is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or suppliers beyond our control.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrendFlux provides this Site, its content, products, and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

TrendFlux does not guarantee that:

  • The Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
  • Product descriptions, images, or information will always be complete or accurate.
  • Products will meet every customer's expectations.
  • Shipping times will occur within estimated timeframes.
  • Third-party suppliers, carriers, or service providers will perform without interruption.

22. Limited Product Warranty

TrendFlux provides a limited warranty for eligible products against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the limited warranty period is:

30 days from the date the customer receives the product.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Products damaged before arrival when properly reported.
  • Products that fail during normal intended use due to defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear.

23. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the TrendFlux Return & Refund Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms, your use of the Site, or purchases from TrendFlux shall be subject to the applicable courts located in Washington State, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

28. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, customers agree to first contact TrendFlux and attempt to resolve the issue informally.
